Happy Birthday Jesus!
In my family we lit a candle on the pumpkin pie and sang Happy Birthday. However you and yours choose to celebrate the birth of the Savior, may it me blessed. When we think of Christmas, we often think about the how-the nativity scene with the stable, the manger, the wise men bearing gifts, the lowly shepherds, and the choirs of angels singing. But we also must remember the why. In John 3:16 and 17
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.

God intended for us always to have restoration and reconciliation with Him! He loves us so much, He gave His only begotten Son Jesus to be a perfect sacrifice for the world so that if we put our faith, our hope, and our trust in Him, we could have a relationship with Him forever!
And in 1 John 3:8
“He that committeth sin is of the devil, for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.”
While he was incarnate, Jesus showed us how to live, love, and pray. We should follow His example. While we don’t always get it right we must not “practice” sin, but rather be imitators of God as dearly loved children. (Ep 5:1). Jesus came to destroy the works of the evil one. We should strive to be more Christlike each and every day.
Jesus Loves You!
Here are some Christmas Lyrics for you to enjoy. These inspiring Christmas Lyrics were the first song in history ever broadcast over radio waves–on Christmas Eve, 1906 by Reginald Fessenden,-a 33-year-old university professor and former chief chemist for Thomas .

O Holy Night
O holy night the stars are brightly shining
It is the night of our dear Saviour’s birth
Long lay the world in sin and error pining
Till He appeared and the soul felt its worth
A thrill of hope the weary world rejoices
For yonder breaks
A new and glorious morn
Fall on your knees
O hear the angel voices
O night divine
O night when Christ was born
Truly He taught us to love one another
His law is love and His gospel is peace
Chains He shall break
For the slave is our brother
And in His Name
All oppression shall cease
Sweet hymns of joy
In grateful chorus raise we
Let all within us praise His holy Name
Christ is the Lord
O praise His Name forever
His power and glory
Evermore proclaim
His power and glory
Evermore proclaim

Fall on your knees
O hear the angel voices
O night divine
O night when Christ was born
O night divine
O night divine
