“Those who had been scattered preached the word wherever they went (Acts 8:4)”

In Acts chapter 7 we witnesses the martyrdom of one of the Church’s first deacons’s Stephen, and we are introduced to a young man named Saul who was vigilant about persecuting Christians. Well, this caused the first church to scatter. But instead of dying, it rather grew. The gospel message was scattered wherever the believers went-the Church was no longer confined to Jerusalem.. We see a couple of accounts of this in Acts Chapter 8-With Peter and Simon the Sorcerer in Samaria and with Phillip and the Ethiopian on the road to Gaza. Come learn more with us tonight as we fellowship and study together at 6PM for our midweek Bible Study. We look forward to seeing you there.
