Kari Sukane’s Testimony

Hello! My name is Kari and this is my testimony. The story begins when I was fourteen years old and whle walking to school in North Long Beach, I was kidnapped at gun point. I believe God was watching over me that day because I walked out of Watts. I felt like there was someone watching over me from that day forward. (Psalms 91:11: For He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all of your ways.) I became very self-destructive—drugging and drinking and that became a very functional way of not feeling, knowing there was something missing in my life. My God would be talking to me and I would just push him to the side this time! I listened to His calling. Making sure I would listen, He used my daughter Jessica. He has healed my heart, my mind and my soul. So when my daughter and I are together again, we will be one in the Holy Spirit. What a blessing! I should have listened to Him Years ago. Amen
