Volunteers Needed!

Our annual community Thanksgiving dinner is coming up soon….the week of Thanksgiving is less than a month off. While we are in the process of finalizing the date and time (possibly Nov 20th?) we are excited about our forthcoming event and our planning and preparation process is in full swing. We are looking for volunteers to help prepare turkeys as well as bring and prepare thanksgiving sides and also to help serve on the day of the event. Donations of Turkeys and other Thanksgiving feast food (or cash to purchase such) is greatly appreciated! Come be part—for more information about becoming involved in this exciting upcoming community event or to make a donation for this cause, please call 760-868-3805. JESUS LOVES YOU!

Here are some photos and highlights from last years event! God Bless You!

Thanksgiving 2017 (RECAP)

Set Free Church of the High Desert, in cooperation with New Life Church and other local churches in our community were privileged to serve up a Community Thanksgiving Dinner-November 22, 2017@4P-7P. Hundreds of people brought their warmth and their appetites to fellowship and feast with our Family in Phelan. Everything was just….perfect.

When we arrived at church we saw people lining up at the door to eat.

The Line Moved Quickly

Men, Women, Children, Families and all sat down in fellowship to enjoy a delectible, delicious Thanksgiving Feast.

An exciting free Raffle was conducted with Steven Goodman

Outside Brother Robert Lynem was blessing the community with free haircuts.

We saw, loved, and hugged many old friends and made some new. For everyone who came, we love you and for those who didn’t, we miss you. Its never too early to plan for next year, we hope to see you there.

JESUS LOVES YOU!
